I write and photograph for Japanese newspapers and magazines, exploring contemporary issues through the lens of decades of living in the Netherlands.
For Dutch media, I contribute stories on Japanese art, culture, and social phenomena.

From a position that is neither fully inside nor fully outside, in The Netherlands as well as in Japan, I remain attentive to what emerges at the threshold.
